All About Vienna Beef Corned Beef
If you’ve never tried Corned Beef before, you’re in for a real treat! Our Corned Beef is made from grain-fed beef and hand trimmed for a high-quality, flavorful result. Currently, we offer four different cuts of Corned Beef. 
Pickled Flat Cut
This is the leanest cut of brisket. It’s great for consistent slices, making it the perfect cut for rm sandwiches. This cut is garnished with Coriander, Mustard Seed, Bay Leaves, and a mix of spices. 
Pickled Point Cut
If you enjoy a nice marbling in your met, the Pickled Point Cut is for you! Similar to the Pickled Flat Cut, this cut features Coriander, Mustard Seed, Bay Leaves, and a mix of spices.
Pickled Bottom Round
This lean cut of meat is cut from the bottom round. 
Cooked Bottom Round 
A lean cut perfect for deli trays or cold sandwiches. This cut is tender, moist, and everything you could want in a deli meat.
