Cook Your Own Corned Beef Brisket

Vienna® Corned Beef is made from grain-fed beef and hand-trimmed. The pickled brisket is raw corned beef that is cured in brine and ready-to-cook. Corned Beef briskets are tender, moist and flavorful, perfect for hot or cold sandwiches.  The flat cut is the leanest cut of the brisket. Great for consistent slices. Garnished with coriander, mustard seed, bay leaves, and spices.
  • Vienna® Beef pickled brisket. Uncooked. Approximately 3.4 pounds each
  • Available while supplies last

Cooking Instructions: 

Remove from bag. Placed corned beef and spices in a large pot. Add water to cover. Cover pot and place on medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Once the water comes to a boil, skim foam off the top, reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes per pound or until desired tenderness. Corned Beef is tender when easily pierced with a fork. Slice against the grain and serve with boiled potatoes and cabbage, if desired.
