The Elote Dog

This recipe takes everything you love about street corn and adds it to our Jalapeño & Cheddar Beef Franks. Upgrade your next meal by trying this delicious fusion of flavors!

Ingredients for 4 Elote Dogs.

4 Buns

4 Vienna Beef Jalapeño & Cheddar Beef Franks

3 Tablespoons of Mayonaise

1 Cup of Grilled Corn Kernals

2 Tablespoons of Fresh Lime Juice

1 Tablespoons of Cilantro

2 Tablespoons of Finely Chopped Red Onion

Chili Powder to Taste ~1/2 Teaspoon

1/4 Cup of Crumbled Cotija Cheese

Salt to Taste

Directions

1. Cook Jalapeño & Cheddar Sausage(s) on Medium High heat. Stir occasionally for ~5 min then set aside.

2. In a bowl add Corn, Red Onion, Cilantro, Lime Juice, Chili Powder, and Cojita Cheese. Mix thoroughly.

3. Place the Sausage in a bun and top with the Street corn Mixture.

4. Drizzle with Mayonaise and serve!

The Hawaiian Dog

Take a vacation from the classic flavor of a Chicago Style Dog and take a bite into paradise! The Hawaiian Dog combines the sweet, tropic flavors of Hawaii with a cheesy kick from our Jalapeño & Cheddar Beef Franks.

Ingredients For 4 Hawaiian Dogs

4 King's Hawaiian Split Top Buns

4 Vienna Beef Jalapeño & Cheddar Beef Franks

Crispy Wontons

1/4 Cup Pickled Red onions

1 Ripe Pineapple

1 Jar of Vienna Beef Sport Peppers, drained and rinsed

1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice

2 Cups of Granulated Sugar

1/4 Teaspoon of Salt

3 Teaspoons of Siracha Mayo

Directions

1.Cook Jalapeño & Cheddar Sausages on medium-high heat. Stir occasionally for ~5 min then set aside.

2. in a side bowl dice your Pineapple and Sport Peppers and pulse 4-5 times in a food processor/blender.

3.In a medium size sauté pan, mix pulsed pineapple, sport peppers, lemon juice, sugar and bring to boil. Reduce to simmer.

4.Simmer for approx. 10-20 minutes until consistency has reduced and thickened.

5.Remove from heat and add remaining pineapple and salt.

6. Place the cooked sausage in the King's Hawaiian Bun and top with 1 Cup of Pineapple Sport Pepper Chutney, Pickled Red Onions, and Wontons.

7. Drizzle with Siracha Mayo and serve!

The Cheddar Dog

The Cheddar Dog is the perfect complement to everything that makes our Jalapeño Cheddar Beef Franks great. The sweet caramelized onions mixed with the creamy cheese sauce brings out the savory spice we crave!

Ingredients For 4 Cheddar Dogs

4 Vienna Beef Jalapeño & Cheddar Beef Frank

4 Buns

1 Onion

1-2 Cup of Cheese Sauce (Up to how Cheesy you want them!)

Directions

1. Cook Jalapeño & Cheddar Sausages on Medium High heat. Stir occasionally for ~5 min then set aside.

2. Caramelize onions by cooking on medium high for 10-15 min stirrign occasionally.

3. Heat up cheese sauce for 1-2 min in a saucepan

4. Place the cooked sausage in the bun and top with cheese sauce and caramelized onions.
