Ingredients

- 6 Vienna Kosher Dill Pickle Spears

- 1/2 cup Vienna Kosher Dill Pickle brine

- 1 large cucumber or 2 small slicing cucumbers

- 1 clove garlic

- 1/2 sweet onion

- 1 bell pepper

- 1 bunch dill

- Jalapeño pepper slices (optional)

Instructions

Finely chop all ingredients and combine in a bowl. Serve with pita or tortilla chips, or get creative! Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
