CAROLINA STYLE MUSTARD BBQ

  • 1 Cup Vienna® Beef Yellow mustard
  • ½ Cup Honey
  • ¼ Cup Brown sugar
  • ½ Cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Chipotle pepper in adobo, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Ketchup (See! We like ketchup, just not on our hot dogs!)
  • 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Ground black pepper to taste


You will need:

  • Measuring Spoons
  • Measuring Cups
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Spatula


Servings: About 4 Cups
Here’s what you’ll do:
Step 1. Combine
Add all ingredients together into a bowl and whisk until combined.
Step 2. Refrigerate
For the best results, let the sauce refrigerate overnight in an airtight container to allow the flavors to develop.
Step 3. Warm

  • 10 Medium red potatoes (skin on), diced into 1 in. pieces
  • 5 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • ¼ Cup Vienna Beef Chicago Style Relish
  • 2 Tablespoons of Vienna Beef Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ Cup Vienna Beef Sport Peppers, chopped
  • Vienna Beef Celery Salt, to taste
  • Crushed black pepper, to taste


You will need:

  • Large pot
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Measuring Cups


Servings: About 8 Servings
Here’s what you’ll do:
Step 1. Cook Potatoes
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender but holds shape. Drain and chill until completely cool.
Step 2. Combine
Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix together using a spatula. Season with Vienna® Beef Celery Salt and crushed black pepper to desired taste.
Step 3. Refrigerate
For the best results, let the potato salad refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve and enjoy!
