Spicy Smoked Sausage One Pan Meals

One pan dinners have quickly become one of our favorite ways to prepare dinner. They’re quick, healthy, and effortless. And as if it couldn’t get any better, one pan means way less dishes to clean at the end of the night. Count us in!
Below we’ve rounded up three of our favorite ways to incorporate our Vienna Beef Spicy Smoked Sausage in effortless, one pan meals. Check them out.

Vienna Beef Spicy Smoked Sausage and Spicy Broccoli Bake (Serves 4)


Ingredients:

  • 1 package Vienna Beef Spicy Smoked Sausage
  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped into florets
  • ¼  lemon 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 tsp crushed red pepper 
  • 1 ½  tablespoons minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions: 


  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F
  2. Wash your head of broccoli and chop into florets
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the broccoli, olive oil, crushed red pepper, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well to coat the broccoli thoroughly
  4. Place the broccoli in an oven safe baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, checking every 5 minutes or so
  5. When the broccoli still has 10 minutes left, add the Spicy Smoked Sausage to the pan to brown 
  6. Once done, squeeze the juice from ¼  lemon on broccoli to brighten the flavors 


Serve and enjoy! 

Vienna Beef Spicy Smoked Sausage and Roasted Garlic Potatoes (Serves 4)


Ingredients:

  • 1 package Vienna Beef Spicy Smoked Sausage
  • 1 1.5 lb package fingerling potato medley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 head of garlic
  • A pinch of Maldon sea salt 
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp minced garlic

Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 425° F
  2. Evenly coat potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning and place in an oven-safe baking dish
  3. Cut the head of garlic in half across the top and drizzle with olive oil
  4. Place head of garlic in pan with ovens
  5. Bake potatoes for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy 
  6. In the final 5 minutes of baking, place sausages with potatoes and garlic 


Serve with a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt and enjoy!

Vienna Beef Spicy Smoked Sausage and Roasted Peppers (Serves 4)


Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Vienna Beef Spicy Smoked Sausage
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 yellow onion
  • Kosher salt for serving 

Directions:


  1. Thinly slice all of the bell peppers and onion 
  2. Heat up olive oil in a pan, add bell peppers, and begin to saute 
  3. Optional: Slice Spicy Smoked Sausage into ¼ inch pieces 
  4. Once peppers and onion have begun to caramelize, add in the Sausage
  5. Once Sausage is browned, remove from flame and top with a pinch of salt
