Mixing it up with Mini BagelDogs!

Vienna Beef Mini BagelDogs are delicious just the way they are.  Even still, we came up with a few new ways to prepare them to keep your guests amazed. Enjoy!

Mini (Everything) BagelDogs

  • 1 (12oz.) Package of Vienna Beef Mini BagelDogs
  • ½ Cup Everything Bagel Seasoning (Recipe Below)
    • 2 Tablespoons of Poppyseeds
    • 1 Tablespoon of White Sesame Seeds
    • 1 Tablespoon of Black Sesame Seeds
    • 1 Tablespoon + 1 Teaspoon of Dried Minced Garlic
    • 1 Tablespoon + 1 Teaspoon of Dried Minced Onion
    • 2 Teaspoons of Flaked Sea Salt or Coarse Salt
  • Egg Wash

You will need:

  • Pastry Brush for Egg Wash
  • Baking Sheet, Ungreased and Lined with Parchment Paper
  • Small Bowl

Servings: About 12 Pieces

Here’s what you’ll do:

Step 1. Preheat Conventional Oven to 375 Degrees

Step 2. Mix the Seasoning

In a small bowl, combine all of the spices and mix well.

Step 3. Brush

Brush the top of each Mini Bagel Dog with egg wash and roll in the spice blend, making sure to evenly coat. Place on an ungreased baking tray.

Step 4. Bake

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown

Step 5. Serve

Arrange on your favorite platter with a side of whipped cream cheese and pickled red onions. 

 

 

 

Garlic Parmesan & Rosemary Mini BagelDogs

  • 1 (12oz.) Package of Vienna Beef Mini BagelDogs
  • ¼ Cup of Fresh Rosemary, Roughly Chopped
  • 4 Cloves of Fresh Garlic, Minced
  • ½ Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Zest from 1 Lemon
  • Egg Wash

You will need:

  • Pastry Brush for Egg Wash
  • Baking Sheet, Ungreased and Lined with Parchment Paper
  • Small Bowl

Servings: About 12 Pieces

Here’s what you’ll do:

Step 1. Preheat conventional oven to 375 degrees

Step 2. Mix the Topping

In a small bowl, combine the rosemary, garlic, cheese and lemon zest, mix well.

Step 3. Brush

Brush the top of each Mini BagelDog with egg wash and sprinkle liberally with the rosemary mixture. Place on an ungreased baking tray.

Step 4. Bake

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown

Step 5. Serve

Arrange on your favorite platter and serve immediately.

 

 

Bacon Cheddar Jalapeño Mini BagelDogs

  • 1 (12oz.) Package of Vienna Beef Mini BagelDogs
  • ½ Cup of Cooked Crumbled Bacon
  • ½ Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Fresh Jalapeño Pepper, Cut into Thin Slices
  • Egg Wash

You will need:

  • Pastry Brush for Egg Wash
  • Baking Sheet, Ungreased and Lined with Parchment Paper
  • Small Bowl

Servings: About 12 Pieces

Here’s what you’ll do:

Step 1. Preheat Conventional Oven to 375 Degrees

Step 2. Mix the Topping

In a small bowl, combine the cooked crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and jalapeno slices, mix well.

Step 3. Brush

Brush the top of each Mini Bagel Dog with egg wash and sprinkle liberally with the spicy cheese mixture. Place on an ungreased baking tray.

Step 4. Bake

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown

Step 5. Serve

Arrange on your favorite platter and serve with a side of sour cream or Ranch.
