Looking back about a quarter of a century, Tony became a pioneer in the western suburb of Winfield. Now, 25 years later, the area has grown around him, and he has become an icon in the neighborhood, as well as a respected member of the food service community. When all is said and done, however, it all begins and ends with his personality and the great food that he serves.
