Many people have grown to know the hot dog man logo at Mickey’s in Bellwood for over fifty years. But for more than 30 years, that same logo representing great food and neighborhood camaraderie has been a part of the Villa Park community. Over two dozen couples have met at Mickey’s and eventually married, including owners Annette and Bud Martens and manager Dave Bruder and his wife. Vienna hot dogs, alongside Mickey’s outrageous Sloppy Joe’s have paved the way. Combine that with a friendly loving work enviornment and commitment to the community.
