Vienna Beef and Chicago Cubs Sweepstakes Giveaway (Sweepstakes) Official Rules
1. HOW TO ENTER:
(a)The giveaway entry period is November 3, 2025, through December 15, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period participants (the “Participants”) must:
(i) fill out the designated entry form
(ii) be 18 years of age or older
(b) No purchase is necessary in order to enter the giveaway. Any purchase will not improved a Participant’s chances of winning.
(c) Limit one (1) entry per person, family, or household.
(d) All entries become the property of Vienna Beef and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries will be considered invalid and ineligible to win. Any entry containing material that is violent, pornographic or otherwise obscene, illegal, or racially or morally offensive, as determined by Vienna Beef in its sole discretion, will be rejected as ineligible. Vienna Beef is not responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible, mistranscribed or late entries.
2. PRIZES:
a. First Prize: One (1) winner to receive four (4) Weekend Passes for winner and three (3) guests to the Cubs Convention + Four (4) Front of the line Meet & Greets for winner and guests + Personalized Cubs Jersey + $250 Gift Card to ViennaBeef.com See https://www.mlbshop.com/do-you-offer-customized-items/ch-3485 for terms applicable to product customization. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is [$1,100.00]. Exact nature and duration of the Meet & Greets shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor and the Chicago Cubs and subject to availability.
b. Second Prize: Two (2) tickets for winner and one (1) guest to Chicago Cubs Opening Day currently scheduled to take place on March 26, 2026 + $200 Gift Card to ViennaBeef.com. ARV is $680.00.
c. Third Prize: One (1) winner to receive autographed Cubs Memorabilia to be determined by Sponsor + $150 Gift Card to ViennaBeef.com. ARV is $350.00.
d. Fourth Prize: Seven (7) winners to receive signed Vienna Beef and Wrigley Field Posters. ARV is $200/item.
e. Fifth Prize: Fourteen (14) winners to receive Vienna Beef and Wrigley Field Posters. ARV is $200/item.
f. Sixth Prize: Twenty Six (26) winners to receive a Chicago Cubs History Book. ARV is $50/book.

c. A total of fifty (50) winners will be selected from all eligible entries on the form by Vienna Beef in a random drawing at the conclusion of The Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Vienna Beef, whose decisions are final on all matters related to this Sweepstakes. The winners need not be present to win. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. The winners will be notified at the email provided at the time of entry on or around 5:00 pm CST, December 15, 2025. The prize winners will have until 11:59 PM the next day to claim his/her prize by responding to the email his/her full name, email address, mailing address and phone number (and proof of eligibility of requested). After claiming the prize, the winners will receive instructions on redeeming his/her prize.
3. GENERAL RULES:
Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be allowed, except by the Vienna Beef who reserve the right to award a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value. Vienna Beef, Cubs, the other MLB Entities (as defined below) and their parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize, and by entering the Sweepstakes, each Participant agrees to (a) be bound by these official rules, including all entry requirements, and (b) waive any and all claims against Sponsor and the MLB Entities for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Sweepstakes, receipt or use of any prize (or any portion thereof), or any travel or activity related thereto. The winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) within ten (10) days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. By entering the Sweepstakes, each Participant agrees to grant permission to Vienna Beef, Cubs, and the other MLB Entities to use Participant’s name, voice, likeness, submission, description, and photograph for publicity purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering this Sweepstakes, each Participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges.
The winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use which are not specifically included in the applicable prize description above, including but not limited to transportation, lodging, meals, gratuities, insurance, and other expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see cubs.com/ticketback for details. Tickets shall be provided to Winner via the MLB Ballpark app. Data rates may apply. Winner is solely responsible for any such wireless or data charges associated with such use, including the downloading and use of the MLB Ballpark app (if any). See mlb.com/apps/ballpark for instructions on how to download the app. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the applicable prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Vienna Beef. Each winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize; see cubs.com/ballpark for details. Vienna Beef, Cubs and the other MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Sweepstakes Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket. Participation in the prize event is subject to winner’s (and guest’s) consent to and compliance with all health and safety policies of Cubs and/or the MLB Entities.
4. ELIGIBILITY:
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States of America, 18 years of age or older at their time of entry. Employees (and their immediate families and household members) of Vienna Beef, the Chicago Cubs Baseball Club, LLC, (“Cubs”), the other MLB Entities (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) or its affiliates are not eligible. MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities. Employees (and their immediate families and household members) of the Sweepstakes Entities advertising and promotion agencies or their affiliates are not eligible. This offer is void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
5. ONLINE ENTRY DISCLAIMER:
The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware, or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest/sweepstakes, Vienna Beef reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed by the Sweepstakes Entities for: any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, or software; or failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the owner of the e-mail account, not the name on the entry form.
6. WINNERS:
The winners will be chosen by a random drawing at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. Winner will be notified via email.
7. GOVERNING LAW:
The laws of the State of Illinois, without reference to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof, govern the Sweepstakes and all aspects related thereto. Except where prohibited, each Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Illinois; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"); and (4) Participant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased.
