It's all about the Guts, the secret signature topping of marinated and seasoned tomatoes, pickles, and onions that makes everything at Peppo’s taste uniquely wonderful. Guts is at the core of everything Peppo's does, from making great hot dogs, sub-sandwiches, and salads, to clever catch copy, such as "We Got Guts!" and "No Guts, No Glory!", and Guts has kept Peppo's in business since 1976.
Peppo's is active in local communities, and puts people at the heart of its business. Peppo’s has been celebrated on WGN’s Chicago’s Best and the Mancow Show, and in numerous newspaper and magazine articles over the years, and can even claim Frank Thomas as a fan. Vienna is proud to include Peppo's among the deserving members of The Vienna Beef Hot Dog Hall of Fame.
