The meat used in our beef products is 100% beef and beef trimmings from a carefully selected group of suppliers. We also grind and mix all of our own ingredients. We produce real hickory smoke to finish off that signature Vienna® look and taste. Painstaking attention to time, temperature, and technique assures that every sausage is cooked and cured to mouthwatering perfection. We hold daily tasting evaluations to ensure that our sausages meet our own rigid quality standards.

From the moment a shipment of USDA-inspected beef arrives at our Chicago plant until the time we place the finished product in a box, our Quality Assurance team verifies and documents every step in the process.
