Hickory Smoked Whole Turkey
An 8-10 lb. turkey that has been cured and hickory smoked. Six hours in the smokehouse gives the turkey a sweet, delicately smoky flavor and a tender texture. Available for a limited time only while supplies last!
Thawing Instructions: Keep frozen until ready for use. To thaw, remove from the freezer and place in the refrigerator for 48-72 hours. This product is fully cooked and once thawed, can be served as is or carved and used to make delicious sandwiches, wraps, and salads.

To Heat a Whole Turkey: Preheat conventional oven to 350°F. Place the defrosted turkey on a rack in a roasting pan with enough water or broth to cover the bottom of the pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake until an internal temperature of 165ºF is reached, approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours*. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 to 15 minutes prior to serving. * Heating times may vary
Pro Tip: This product is fully cooked, if preparing stuffing you are able to stuff prior to heating the whole turkey.
Shelf Life: Unopened, frozen turkey is good for up to 1 year. Once thawed, consume within 7 days.
