The best way to incorporate Vienna Yellow Mustard into your Thanksgiving dinner? A Brown Sugar and Mustard glaze for your turkey! This salty sweet glaze is the perfect turkey glaze, giving your bird a light golden color and packing it with flavor. Here is what you need:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Vienna Yellow Mustard 
  • Kosher salt and ground pepper
