Chicago Style Tater Salad
Barbecue season is here which means it’s time to whip out your favorite potato salad recipe! Potato salad is the perfect side dish to pair with your favorite Vienna Beef Franks and Sausages this summer. It’s a simple, classic dish that is easy to make and pairs well with nearly everything. Of course, we had to give our own Chicago Style spin on the dish though! With just a few key ingredients, you can take your potato salad to the next level and wow all of your guests at the barbecue this summer. Check it out. 👇
Chicago Style Tater Salad
- 10 Medium red potatoes (skin on), diced into 1” cubes
- 6 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- ¼ cup Vienna® Beef dill pickles, chopped
- 2 tbsp Vienna® Beef yellow mustard
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Vienna® Beef sport peppers, chopped
- Vienna® Beef celery salt, to taste
You will need:
Large pot
Mixing bowl
Spatula
Measuring spoons
Measuring cups
Servings: About 8 servings
Here’s what you’ll do:
Step 1. Cook Potatoes
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender but holds shape.
Drain and chill until completely cool.
Step 2. Combine
Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix together using a spatula.
Season with Vienna® Beef Celery Salt to desired taste.
Step 2. Refrigerate
For the best results, let the potato salad refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve and enjoy!
