All Vienna Beef franks and sausages are made from our original family recipes dating back to 1893. The meat we use inside our sausages is 100% domestic beef and beef trimmings with no fillers, artificial colors or flavorings. Our time-honored blend of seasonings and old-fashioned hickory smoking give all of our franks and sausages that unique, genuine Vienna flavor that folks crave.

Vienna Beef manufactures both skinless and natural casing sausages. Skinless sausages are cooked in an artificial casing which is removed during the production process. Natural casing sausages are cooked in natural animal casings which provide the signature “snap” when you bite them. Most of our natural casing sausages utilize sheep casings. Our larger-sized natural casing foodservice sausages (5 to-a-lb. and larger) utilize pork casings. Note that all of our retail packaged products in grocery stores and warehouse clubs are skinless and contain no casings.
