It is with great pleasure that we recognize Herm’s Palace for your long-standing relationship with the Skokie / Evanston community and the delicious and diversified menu that you provide. For nearly forty years, your family and your predecessors have been preparing one of the broadest menus around with quality, consistency and rave reviews.

Besides great Vienna Beef hot dogs and polish sausages, it’s unusual to find corned beef and pastrami sandwiches, tacos and host of salads, as well as, great homemade Italian beef and other favorites available in a fast food environment. However, as important as great food is to a restaurant, personality; and creating camaraderie and neighborhood involvement puts you over the top. And that’s what best describes Herm’s Palace for going on four decades.
