| Vienna Beef, Ltd is much more than just a hot dog company. Our sausage line includes polish sausage, knockwurst, cheddar franks, bageldogs, corn dogs, salami & bologna. We also offer a full deli meat line up, including corned beef, roast beef, Italian beef, BBQ beef brisket, pastrami and turkey breast pastrami. Vienna manufactures pickles and condiments under the Chipico® brand and over 50 full-strength soups & chilies that taste like homemade under the Bistro® Soups brand name. Vienna also offers King Kold® Kosher Specialties including blintzes, matzo balls, potato pancakes and kosher pizza as well as Pie Piper® desserts which feature delicious cheesecakes, carrot cakes, brownies, and chocolate dipped pretzels. |

| What methods are used to ensure product safety at Vienna Beef? |

Vienna Beef uses ingredients processed from healthy animals. The USDA e-coli program is used, verifying that the animals are slaughtered correctly.

Vienna Beef is a HAACP (food safety program) approved manufacturing facility, implementing a sanitation program in which critical areas are checked and inspected multiple times daily. Manufacturing equipment is cleaned and sanitized daily according to a written sanitation procedure, preventing bacteria growth. A skilled and trained quality control lab monitors manufacturing conditions while ensuring product consistency every day.

| What is an authentic Chicago style hot dog? |

| I don't eat pork. Can I eat Vienna Beef sausages? |
| Yes you can, but a few of our products utilize a pork casing, so you’ll want to make sure you are eating a skinless Vienna Beef sausage or a smaller sized natural casing sausage (5 to-a-lb or smaller[6,7,8,9,10 to a pound] which utilize a sheep casing). If you desire a Vienna Beef natural casing sausage, ask your restaurant proprietor which products he is using so you can be sure. In accordance with applicable laws, all of our natural casing foodservice boxes are clearly marked with an ingredient statement specifying the type of casing used. Note that all of our packaged retail products sold in supermarkets and warehouse clubs are skinless and contain no casing.
